Descriere situație: Daca noi civilii, sau orice alta factiune in afara de departamente avem NOS montat pe masina (chiar de nu il folosim) primim o confiscare de permis si amenda, ei cum au voie ? Cum au ajuns astia lideri cand habar nu au o boaba de regulament? Nu este singurul.

Subscriu din regulament: "- Folosirea mașinilor modificate este interzisă."
Modificat insemnand orice alt + fata de masina standard. NOS-ul intrand la + adica modificat.
